All we need is your business card information emailed along with your logo and any design preferences. We will send a design back via email for proofing within 1 to 3 business days. Once the proof is approved, printing and shipping takes 5-7 business days for standard glossy cards.
Prepayment is required on all printed orders before the order will be sent to print. Most payments for business cards can be made after the proof has been approved, however, we reserve the right to require prepayment on any order before proofing is done. An invoice will be emailed once proof approval has been received. Orders that are not completed and that have had no recent progress, will be closed and billed for all design work and/or setup fees.
Robin Ludwig Design Inc. is not responsible for grammar, spelling or content errors after proof has been approved for printing. Once approved for printing, orders can not be changed in any way or cancelled.

Website design and management fees must be prepaid before design begins.
Robin Ludwig Design Inc. website services are provided on prepaid basis. All management payments have to be made before beginning of the month or year of service time. Website design, the first year of website management, email, and domain fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Websites previously taken offline that need to be re-uploaded for any reason will incurr a $40.00 service charge in additon to any design and management fees due.

Payment for all orders is required via Paypal at this time.
MN residents and companies will be charged MN sales tax.
A $25.00 returned check fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
